From private to corporate catering through to preservative free sauces, dressings and delicacies, Jo Robson has developed a range of services and products that will surely impress.

Jo’s gained invaluable experience at one of the gastronomic centres of the world, Leith's School of Food & Wine in London, prior to travelling Europe with the band ‘Simply Red’ as their in-house caterer.

Upon returning to Australia Jo worked in the corporate world, developing recipes and catering for some of Sydney’s ‘A-list’. She was also Rothschild Australias' in house caterer.

Having her feet firmly planted in country NSW, Jo and her family returned to the country to continue her business and expand into product development.
