"Many of my clients asked if they could purchase the sauces and dressing that I used in the meals that I prepared,” explained Jo. “It was this demand that resulted in the launch of the products.”
The range comprises a number of dressings, such as Caramelised Capsicum, Caramelised Onion & Poppyseed and Asian Dressing; Wasabi Mayonnaise and Lemon, Aioli, Lime & Ginger Mayonnaise; and for the sweet tooth, Sticky Toffee Sauce.
Eggs used in her mayonnaises are from free range happy chooks!
“The range is constantly evolving,” commented Jo, “and with three children I’m also determined to maintain a natural product. I therefore don’t use preservatives, gums or emulsifiers in my products.”
The current range includes:
caramelised Capsicum dressing My best seller, yummy on BBQ meats, green salads, use as a topping for pizzas or as a dipping sauce.
caramelised Onion and Poppyseed dressing Delicious on a warm chicken salad, over roast lamb or on toasted bacon & cheese sandwiches.
asian dressing Yummy through a hot noodle salad or use as a quick marinade a sit includes all fresh ingredients.
wasabi mayonnaise Beautiful with salmon, rare roast beef or as a salad dressing
aioli a delicious mayonnaise for christmas hams, smoked trout and antipasto
lemon, lime and ginger mayonnaise Delicious mixed through a hot potato salad with bacon & egg, salad mix or chicken.
sticky toffee sauce Great by itself or with ice-cream, meringues, puddings, pancakes, fruit or drizzled over sticky date pudding
chocolate fudge sauce Delicious on ice-cream & raspberries, over waffles, heated to go over cakes or for milkshakes & hot chocolates.
